The Saudi Building Code (SBC) is the unified construction standard issued by the Saudi Building Code National Committee (SBCNC), aligned to International Code Council (ICC) families with KSA amendments. The current SBC families cover structural (SBC 301), architectural (SBC 201), electrical (SBC 401), mechanical (SBC 501), plumbing (SBC 701), fire (SBC 801), and energy (SBC 601).
