Sindalah is NEOM’s premier luxury island destination in the Red Sea. Our mission was to create a comprehensive smart infrastructure combining 3D digital twin technology, AI-powered surveillance, and IoT environmental monitoring.

The Challenge

Creating a fully integrated smart construction site that provides real-time visibility across all operations, security, and environmental conditions.

Our Solution

We deployed a multi-layered technology stack:

  • Drone Mapping: DJI Matrice 350 RTK drones with LiDAR for 3D digital twin creation
  • AI Surveillance: 150+ smart cameras with computer vision for safety and security monitoring
